SHIPPING

If I place an order from abroad, will I have to pay customs fees?

It is possible that customs fees may be applied by the carrier upon delivery of your package. Bless has no control over these fees, is not responsible for them and does not cover them.

What are your delivery times?

We process orders within 1 to 5 business days. We then ship them via Canada Post or UPS.

For orders from outside of Canada, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination. However, delivery times may be longer. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, and/or customs fees that are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Bless Natural Body Care.

You will receive your order within 2 to 10 business days with Canada Post or UPS.

What are the delivery rates?

Shipping is free for all orders over 75$. For orders less than 75$, the delivery rate is 10.74$ with Canada Post , Purolator or UPS.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs for Canada and the United States are $10.74, and for France, they are €13.94. If you are ordering outside of Canada, the United States, and France, please refer to the estimate table for shipping costs.

Our shipping times are 3 to 5 business days.

What should I do if my package is returned to you for any reason?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. According to our delivery policy, you may need to cover the reshipping fees for a new delivery attempt. We will provide you with the necessary information regarding shipping fees and the steps to arrange the reshipment of your order.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for hygienic reasons.

My product is damaged. What is your return policy?

If you receive one or more than one damaged product, simply send us a picture at the following email address: info@blessnaturel.com. We will send you new products free of charge. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to send us a return request. After this period, your request will not be taken into account.

Can I have allergic reactions?

Make sure you read the ingredients list carefully before purchasing. Even if you buy natural products, it is very important to do a skin test to make sure you are not having allergic reactions. You may still react to our products. We suggest that you do a skin test in the crease of your elbow and wait 24 to 48 hours. If you react, do not use the product.
