SHIPPING
It is possible that customs fees may be applied by the carrier upon delivery of your package. Bless has no control over these fees, is not responsible for them and does not cover them.
You will receive your order within 2 to 10 business days with Canada Post or UPS.
Our shipping times are 3 to 5 business days.
PRODUCTS
If you receive one or more than one damaged product, simply send us a picture at the following email address: info@blessnaturel.com. We will send you new products free of charge. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to send us a return request. After this period, your request will not be taken into account.
Make sure you read the ingredients list carefully before purchasing. Even if you buy natural products, it is very important to do a skin test to make sure you are not having allergic reactions. You may still react to our products. We suggest that you do a skin test in the crease of your elbow and wait 24 to 48 hours. If you react, do not use the product.
